Sean 'Diddy' Combs' Ex-Girlfriend writes a letter to Richter who is promoted after his release

Sean “Diddy” Combs' ex-girlfriend Virginia Huynh, who had to testify in the federal procedure of the hip-hop mogul, but was written out before the start of the procedure, wrote a letter to a New York judge who asked his release against the deposit.

In the extensive indictment of the Federal Government against Combs (55), Huynh was identified as “sacrificial 3”, which was acquitted at the beginning of July to climb conspiracy and sex trade, but was convicted of two charges of intergovernmental prostitution.

In the letter, Huynh wrote, which was publicly identified for the first time -that she wanted to share my observations about it [Combs’] Character and apply for them respectfully that the court allows its release into bonds while the case progresses. “

“I think it is important that the court has a complete picture of who he goes beyond the allegations,” said Huynh in the one -sided letter, which was submitted by the Combs legal team on Sunday.

Huynh wrote that her relationship with Combs was “not always perfect”, was occupied by “ups and downs” and “mistakes”. But over time, she wrote, “he undertook visible efforts to become a better person and tackle the damage he had caused.”

At the end of her relationship, she added: “He embodied an energy of love, patience and gentleness, which differs significantly from his behavior in the past.”

“As far as I know,” said Huynh to judge Arun Subramanian, “he has not been violent for many years and was obliged to be a father first.”

She said that she does not consider combs as a “danger to me or this community” and that his children “rely on emotional and financial support on him”.

“If he is at home, he will also support the healing process for everyone involved,” wrote Huynh at the end. “I ask you respectfully that you take these factors into account if you decide your justification for release.”

Nichola's bias, a spokesman for the US public prosecutor for the southern district of New York, declined to comment on Huynh's letter.

In the days before the start of the Combs, the public prosecutors of the US government said they had difficulty contacting “victim 3” and their lawyer. Ultimately, she did not testify in the blockbuster seven -week attempt.

The jurors in this case heard statements from two of the other ex-girlfriend of Combs: R&B singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and a woman on which the pseudonym “Jane” is called. The public prosecutor called more than 30 other witnesses, including former assistants.

Ventura said the alleged abuse she experienced during her 10-year relationship with Combs. She accused him of physical and sexual assault, and jurors were beaten in a hallway in a hallway in 2016.

Combs, who were not guilty, faced five criminal counts: a count of the conspiracy; two cases of sex trade by fraud or compulsion; and two charges of transport for prostitution.

Subramanian refused Combs's deposit on the day on which the jury's judgment came into play and said it was impossible for the founder of the Bad Boy Record to prove that he was not at risk.

Combs is to be convicted on October 3. It has a maximum prison sentence of 20 years.
