Brad Pitt's mother, Jane Etta Pitt, Née Hillhouse, died at the age of 84.
Representatives of the actor did not immediately answer with other comments.
In an emotional tribute and collection of family photos, Sydney Pitt wrote: “My sweet Grammy, Jane Etta, we were not yet ready to go, but knowing that they finally freely sing, dancing and painting is a bit easier.”
“If you knew Grammy, you knew that she had the biggest heart. She deeply took care of everyone and everything, no questions.”
Jane Pitt, a retired school consultant, increased the Oscar winner and his siblings Doug and Julie in Springfield, Missouri, together with her husband William Pitt, the owner of a freight forwarder, together with her husband William Pitt.
Sydney Pitt remembered her grandmother that she had taught her “how you are strong”, “with friendliness” and her solid commitment to “fairness”, “others to the first place” and “good for good”.
