'Hamilton' Film sets September theater publication

As a result of “The Tonight Show” on Tuesday, Lin-Manuel Miranda revealed that the film version of his musical “Hamilton” with the Tony-price-crowned musical on September 5 would come to the cinemas.

“I have an announcement!” Miranda explained “Tonight Show” during his interview. “So tomorrow is the 10th anniversary of 'Hamilton', and we celebrated all year round. But we still have one way to celebrate. We have made most of the original cast that appeared in 'Hamilton' in 2016, and we always wanted to, theater nationwide and in Puerto Rico.”

“Hamilton” debut in Disney+in July 2020, about a year before it was originally debuted in the cinemas. (The film was dated October 2021.) The film version is a “live capture” of production with most of the HIT -Broadway musical cast of the Broadway musical instead of a feature adaptation, à la 2021S “In the Heights”. Tickets will be sold on August 6th.

“Hamilton” met Broadway in 2015 and won 11 Tony and a Pulitzer Prize for Drama. The original line -up includes Miranda as Alexander Hamilton, Leslie Odom Jr. as Aaron Burr, Daveed Diggs as Marquis de Lafayette and Thomas Jackson, Christopher Jackson as George Washington, Jonathan Groff as König George, Renee Elise Goldsberry as Angelica Schuyl and Phillipa soo. According to the negotiations for 75 million US dollars, the rights to the “Hamilton” film were sold in a deal that was mediated on behalf of Miranda.
