Who is in the management team from Paramount to Skydance Deal

Skydance Media confirmed his management team on Wednesday before his pending merger with Paramount Global.

The company has presented 10 managers who will form the top table as part of the Executive Leadership team, which will be managed on Monday under the direction of David Ellison, CEO and chairman of Paramount, after completing the business on Thursday.

This is done after the new Paramount has transformed the company into three business segments, direct to-to-consumer and TV media, with Dana Goldberg and Josh Greenstein the studios as co-chair of Paramount Pictures (with Goldberg as chairman of Paramount Television), George Cheks as chairman of TV media and Cindy Chairman of Direct-to-Consumer Chairman.

The deadline already told them that Wiseman and Miron would come to Holland's team, Granger would lead the film under Goldberg and Wiseman and that Thunell would lead the revised paramount -TV studios.

Maclellan returns to the television business to monitor the company's international strategy. Paramount has the British broadcaster Channel 5 and the Australian broadcaster Network 10, which he and the licensing of film and television content for global networks will monitor. He was formerly chairman of Global Distribution and International Media at NBCuniversal.

Mall was previously Chief Marketing Officer at Skydance Media and will monitor marketing campaigns and manage their franchise companies.

Creighton, who previously worked at Tickinging Company Stubhub and Netflix, will monitor corporate financing, financial and investor relationships for paramount.

Driscoll will lead corporate strategy, corporate development, transformation and strategic alliances after having previously held leadership roles in epic games (where he worked on it Fortnite), Warner Bros., AT&T and Disney.

Turkienicz will monitor global business services, procurement, real estate and institutions, security, aviation and company support. He joins up from UPS.

Watson, previously deputy Chief Communications Officer at Warner Bros. Discovery, will work with the Chief Communications Officer from Paramount Melissa Zukerman to lead the company's communication strategy, with the focus on executive, finance and internal communication.
