Apple TV+ introduced a first look at the five -part documentary by director Rebecca Miller. Mr. ScorseseResearch in life and career by the legendary filmmaker Martin Scorsese.
In the clip (below), Scorsese and his filmmakers remind you, including Steven Spielberg Taxi driverwhich was almost never released.
“You will destroy the film anyway. So let me destroy it. I will destroy it. But before I destroy it, I will steal it,” says Scorsese in the film material.
The Docuseries “examines how Scorseses's colorful life experiences influenced his artistic vision as every film that he made with originality. Starting with his earliest experiences (New York University Student Films), this documentary still examines the topics, the scorsesis, including the task, in the fundamental nature, according to a press.
Mr. Scorsese Features Exclusive Access to The Filmmaker's Private Archives, As Well as Extensive Conversations with Scorsese Himelf and Never-Before-Seen Interviews with Friends, Family and LongTime Collaborators, Including Spielberg, Robert de Niro, Daniel Day-Lewis, Leonardo DiCaprio, Mick Jagger, Robbie Robertson, Thelma Schoonmaker, Sharon Stone, Jodie Foster, Paul Schrader, Margot Robbie, Cate Blanchett, Jay Cocks and Rodrigo Prieto.
“This project is a dream of the filmmaker who had such access to legend in the industry, from Marty to his productive employees, close friends and family members,” writes Miller in a statement. “I was honored that he trusted me that I created this documentary, which I think he will take on all of committed scorsese fans to everyone who has dealt with failure and has grown for stars.”
