Taylor Swift says that Eras tour has left her in “eternal physical complaints”

Taylor Swift says that life on her record-eras tour was not quite shine and glamor.

During a appearance in the “New Heights” podcast, who was held by her friend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce, the pop star spoke on the physical tribute night after night.

When asked how she felt on the street after months after months, Swift said that she feels “great”.

“I miss it. I miss it, but it's perfect for what it was. Do you know what I mean? And it was a lot of physiotherapy, and it was a lot to be in a state of constant physical complaints – somehow as in the season,” Swift told the brothers.

The singer added that she had an acupuncture mat in the hotel room that she used after the shows.

The Eras tour, which included over 2 billion US dollars, consisted of 149 shows in 21 countries. Each concert lasted an average of three hours and fifteen minutes, depending on the set list and the weather.

Despite the strenuous schedule, Swift says she misses her fans and the connection that she could share with you during the tour.

“It was something special. It was the most formative time of my life. I learned so much about how far I can push myself when I set a goal,” said Swift.

The commitment to such a long set from the beginning of a tour is an important obligation, she added.

“If you do this a three and a half hour show at the beginning of the tour at the beginning of the tour, it is as if you cannot be sick one day and then decide this evening that it will take two and a half hours,” said Swift. “It really only has prioritization of the experience of the fans before anything else.”

In retrospect for the experience, Swift said she wouldn't do anything else.

“I am glad that I had to be prepared for this tour as I was,” she said.

In contrast to previous tours, where she only took her step in the last route, Swift said that she wanted to have her perseverance from the first day.

“That's why I did so much more training, so many more endurance training and cardio and so that I cannot be a matter of course because I am not a athlete.

Swift previously said that she was running on the treadmill while “sang the entire set list loudly” to train for the tour. She also took three months of dance training and cut alcohol for the duration of the tour.

Swift announced her upcoming album “The Life of A Showgirl” in a preview clip from the podcast published on Tuesday.

A representative of Swift did not immediately answer an application for a comment that was sent outside the regular hours by Business Insider.
