Sean “Diddy” Combs' ex-girlfriend Virginia “Gina” Huynh, who was referred to in his indictment as “victim-3”, wrote a letter to the judge who supported his federal case against his release against the deposit in October.
Huynh was referred to comments several times in the charges of the government, although she never said in his process. Huynh's note was included in a letter that was sent by Combs on Sunday, which claimed that the government had argued that Combs was violent “against Virginia” Gina “Huynh”. Huynh wrote: “He has not been violent for many years and he has committed himself to being a father first.”
“I am writing because I do not consider Mr. Combs as a danger for myself or the community,” she said in her letter to the judge. “This is his first criminal proceedings. During the investigation and the procedure, he was cooperative, respectful and compliant. He has significant relationships with his family and his community, including children who rely on emotional and financial support. Bond would allow him to continue to take care of his family and to fulfill his responsibility while he is still subject to the court.”
She supported Combs' preliminary injury by assured that he would comply with “all the conditions imposed” and “would not endanger his freedom or well -being of his family”.
“Our relationship, like many, was not always perfect, we experienced heights and depths and mistakes, but it was ready to recognize his mistakes and make better decisions in the future,” she wrote. “Over the years that followed, he tried to make visible efforts to become a better person and to tackle the damage caused by him. When our relationship ended, he embodied an energy of love, patience and gentle on the supreme, which clearly differs from his previous behavior. As far as I know, he has not been violent for many years and was first a father.”
In ITS indictment, The Government Accused Combs of Using “Force, Threat of Force, and Coercion, to Cause Victims, Including But not Limited to Three Female Victims”-Referred to As Victim-1, Victim-3-“To Engage in Commercial Sex Act. Sex Acts, Combs Provided the Victims With, Among Other Things, Monetary Payments, Career Opportunities, and Payments of Rent and Housing Expenses. ”
During the experiment by Combs, reads CnnHis former assistant George Kaplan said that he once thrown Combs in Huynh in his house in Miami apples in Huynh. Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, an important witness in the case, also said that Combs was her unfaithful by being with Gina while being together.
Combs is currently imprisoned while he is waiting for his conviction, which is set for prostitution in two traffic counts for October 3.. His legal team revived his attempts to get combs out of prison before the conviction, and has committed himself back and forth with the government and argued about his authorization for the deposit.
