London – Ozzy Osbourne died of a heart attack and had for years of Parkinson's disease diseases, and he also suffered from a Parkinson's disease, according to his death certificate.
The singer had suffered from a coronary artery disease and Parkinson's. This emerges from the certificate submitted in a register office in London and was preserved on Tuesday by the New York Times. Osbourne died on July 22nd at the age of 76.
An e -mail from the Associated Press, in which the registration office in the Hillingdon Council in northwestern London requested a confirmation, which covers the district in which the Black Sabbath singer was officially declared dead, was not returned immediately. The representatives of Osbourne did not return the AP's E -Mail inquiries immediately after comment.
The document was submitted by Osbourne's daughter Aimée Osbourne The New York Times. Osbourne died of “(a) from the cardiac arrest of the hospital (b) acute myocardial infarction (c) disease disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomous dysfunction (common causes),” says the certificate.
Osbourne, also a somewhat unexpected reality TV star, announced in 2020 that he had a Parkinson's disease after a fall. When he announced his death, his family asked for privacy and said he was with relatives when he died.
The fans came in droves from all over the country last week to mourn his death in his hometown Birmingham. Osbourne had his last show there just a few weeks before his death when the admirers watched the heavy metal icon sat on a black throne.
“I don't know what to say, man, I've been on for six years. You have no idea how I feel – thanks from the heart,” said Osbourne during his performance. “Be everyone … especially. Let's go crazy, come.”
