Brooke Hogan opens through the emotional decision to move away from her late father Hulk Hogan's will in 2023.
During a call-in on Tuesday, August 5th on Bubba the Love Sponge's PodcastThe 37-year-old former reality television star told her father's ex-best friend that they were “afraid” before the fights that would come after the death of their father, which led to their decision to completely move away from the equation.
“I sobbed,” Brooke recalled during the interview and explained that she wrote her father's assistant at the time to ask him to remove her from Hogan's will. “I just said, take everything out, I don't want to be part of it.”
Brooke later told her that “money did not play a role for her” after she had greeted her twins pregnant, who welcomed her and husband Steven Oleksy in January 2025.

The extensive interview was Brooke's first extensive media appearance since her father's death last month. Hogan died on July 24th at the age of 71 in his house in Clearwater, Florida.
The WWE legend died of a heart attack, people reported, while the medical documents also revealed that the retired professional wrestler had a history of leukemia and atrial fibrillation, a common disorder that caused irregular heartbeats.
Brooke seemed to surprise Bubba with her call to his program on Tuesday morning. The host said that he and Brooke had not spoken since 2011 before Hogan and Bubbas estranged wife Heather Clem together in a leaked sex video. Brooke described him as “Uncle Bubba” and stayed in the line for almost an hour when she discussed everything from her father's recent death to her final conversations.
The former Hogan knows best Star said part of the reason why she wanted to be removed from her father's will, there was confrontation with her mother Linda Hogan and the third wife of her father, to whom he was married at the time of his death, because of his financial legacy, because he claimed that Linda was formerly a member of the Church of Scientology.
“And then I thought when I put money or nick [her brother] If you then left money, no insult, my mother is known that she is in the mix with such things, “said Brooke. And I just said I wanted to get out.”
